Fairpoint is privately owned and comprises two operating companies and a holding company. We were founded in 1988 and are located in Allerød. Fairpoint has grown rapidly through many years and in 2007 more than 100 people will be employed with us.
It is a fundamental principle in our organisation that the owners of the company are active in the management of Fairpoint. The company has a flat organisation, which we consider to be a crucial, strong point. Everybody has direct access to management and decisions can be made swiftly. We attach great importance to being action-oriented.
Our other critical strength is our sales organisation. We are utterly marketing-oriented. It is obvious to us that what is worth doing for our customers is worth doing properly. We aim to have good, close and long-lasting relationships with our customers and we make our living because they have faith in us. This is why we are always loyal to them.
The same principle applies to our employees, who also have a right to expect that the company is loyal to them and that they are being trusted. Close and long-lasting relations are equally important when it comes to employees. Quick deals without evident customer satisfaction are not interesting to us. The same applies to short relationships with employees.
